CALIFORNIA STATE NOTARY FEE SCHEDULE:
(Mobile Convenience and Facility Fees Not Included)

The maximum fees a California Notary Public may charge:

  • For an Acknowledgment or Proof of a Deed, or other instrument, including the Seal and Writing the Certificate, $15 for each signature acknowledged.

  • For administering an Oath or Affirmation $7 per person and executing the Jurat including the seal is an additional, $15.

  • For all services in connection with the taking of any Deposition, $30, and an additional $7 for Administering the Oath to the witness and $7 for the certificate to the deposition.

  • For certifying a copy of a Power of Attorney under California Probate Code section 4307, S15. $15.

  • Journal Entry Copy: $.30 per line item copied from the notary public's journal.

  • Affixing Certificate and Seal of State (unless another fee is specified by law) $5.00

  • In accordance with California Secretary of State, additional fees for Notary Services may be charged for: time, travel, waiting, parking, document printing, or other notary-related expenses.

  • $45 Mobile Notary Fee within 7 miles from 91367, plus notarization fee(s) $65 Mobile Notary Fee 7 to 15 miles from 91367, plus notarization fee(s)

  • $85 Mobile Notary Fee 15 to 20 miles from 91367, plus notarization fee(s) (Please inquire for locations beyond 20 miles from 91367)

  • If you require a notary after hours or during peak traffic times, the mobile notary fee is increased by an additional $25.00. The additional fee for Peak Traffic applies to locations 10 miles or more from 91367, and all after-hour appointments.

  • Peak Traffic Hours: Monday thru Friday from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. applies to locations 10 miles or more from 91367.


APPOINTMENT DURATION: A standard appointment for verifying identification and notarizing documents runs approximately 60 minutes (including wait time). Thereafter a fee of $15.00, per 15 minutes or part thereof is due.


DISCOUNTS SIGNATURE NOTARIZED: $15.00, each with every 6th signature free. Additional discounts may be available for multiple signings. Please inquire at time of booking.


WAIT TIME FEES: There is a 15 minute wait/grace period beginning from the scheduled appointment time. Additional wait time fees of $15.00, for the first 15 minutes or part thereof following the grace period, and $30.00, per 15 minutes or part thereof for the second hour.

PAYMENT: Payment is due at time of service unless a *Secured Appointment Fee is required. We accept Cash, Company Check or Electronic Payments via: Venmo, PayPal and Zelle. Returned check fee (NSF): $45.00.

*Secured Appointments: Payment of no less than 50% of the Mobile Convenience Fee and any applicable Facility Fee is due at time of booking, and requires Notary Public’s written confirmation.


CANCELLATION/NO SHOW FEE: the Mobile Convenience Fee and other related fees (i.e. facility fee, wait time), are due if signing does not occur for any reason when notary arrives. If appointment is cancelled one hour or less prior to the signing appointment, 50% of the applicable mobile convenience fee will be due.

For your convenience, we allow a 15 minute grace period from the scheduled appointment time. The wait time fee thereafter is $15.00, per 15 minutes for the first hour or part thereof, and $30.00, per 15 minutes for the second hour or part-thereof.

  • Customers Are Required To Have A Picture ID For The Purposes Of Verification. This Can Be A State Issued ID, Driver’s License, Or Passport.
  • Signings In Remote Areas and Under Extreme Circumstances (Rush Jobs, Long Waiting, Inclement Weather, Long Distances, etc.) May Result In Additional Fees.

If there are ANY mistakes on ANY document(s) that your institution deems invalid, you have 90 days from the signing appointment date to contact us and have the documents re-done free of charge; only if the notary made a mistake.

If the mistake is due to a client and/or document preparation, or notary is not informed in writing before 90 days passes of their mistake, the full fee will again be due to have the documents redone.

We triple check all documentation, so please check your documentation once the Notary departs and immediately contact us if there is an issue. There are no refunds for any reason after 3 months from the appointment date have passed. Please contact us if you need specific pages redone, mailed, scanned, etc. a $20 convenience fee may apply.
